"It is unfair to hand out jobs to Women or the LBGT community because of “diversity”"

Jobs are supposed to be based on skills. The best person should get it, irrespective of gender or race.

Though that does not happen directly in applications because of the law, there are SO many programs directed to minorities.

Goldman Sachs, Google, FB, all big banks , have one and I find it super unfair.

It is so so so much easier for diversity candidates to get a job. It is just unfair to white men who work hard.

Just because you are a gay hispanic woman doesn’t mean you are better than the others. Firms need to hire for talent, not for PR.

Promote diversity by serving all communities, not by hiring diverse people instead of talented individuals .
