Last summer I did 4 rounds of the breathing technique twice a day for 6 weeks to manage stress. I can't say I noticed much of a difference. However, the head rush got me higher than most drugs ever did. lol

I don't do the breathing but cold water exposure is fantastic

I go swimming all winter, although it doesn't get too cold here

I haven't done this method but I have found conscious breathing to be a big game changer in my my mood.

Cold showers are routine now though and they are something every man should take up.
