All 3 types ive had....and multiple times each type...I even kept my word and repaid back 200$ I owed my ex after we broke up after she cheated on me....because my word is my word!

Attacked with kitchen knife.

Punched in face multiple times.

Had threats that she would fuck people I know and send me pictures.

Multiple legitimate suicide attempts. (Not me, them.) Then threats to do it again it I left them.

Sentimental items broken in front of me.

Witnessed in person and also sent pictures of serious self harm with knives.

Personal emails or texts forwarded to friends and family.

Threats to have people in my life hurt or their property destroyed.

All of this from women who wouldn’t accept that I wanted to end things with them. Plus of course tons of generic verbal abuse that I’ve grown numb to.

The financial abuse has been minuscule in comparison to the rest, but I’ve also had very expensive gifts I’ve purchased for them destroyed or thrown in the trash to hurt me. That stuff hurt way less than the rest.

I’ve legitimately feared for my health and safety for trying to end relationships. But yeah, only women get abused.
