Men often conflate (and confuse) sex with female validation. While sex can be satiated, female validation is very hard to satisfy. If u get some form of female validation, ur mind craves for more. If u do not get it , the male ego drives u to chase more women seeking more validation. While u r chasing a woman, sit back ,take a deep breath n ask urself-" Am I chasing her for sex or just to get her validation and satisfy my masculine ego". If one can logically think and understand that only internal validation matters, then he can stop, or at least minimize to a large extent , chasing women. If it's only for sex , ask urself if u can get by the urge simply using porn, masturbation etc. Also, sex is very cheap to get. The funda is that a man should know how to distinguish between sex and female validation. Often, one comes in disguise of the other.
