I think a great inner boost, TRP or not, it to maintain your frame, always.

So, instead of it simply being a mindset for maintaining social status, it's a lifelong habit.

I've developed a frame reinforcing mantra: "Lay down the Law."

You can't choose how you feel. But you sure as fuck can choose your response to how you feel, and you can choose which feelings to heed and which to ignore. Frame is about always choosing the higher response, the one that gets shit done, the one that takes the right risks, the one that goes up to that group of girls, the one that stays calm in the face of adversity. Frame is a habit that needs to be exercised to make it unconscious. It doesn't depend on circumstance. If you became homeless, you still maintain frame.

That's what frame is to me. And, my resolution for 2017 (and my whole life) is to maintain my frame. Take care of myself, always. Take care of my responsibilities, always. Overcome the necessary fears, always. Live life to the fullest, always.
