The arbitrary cost of child support makes it obvious the whole system is about the suppression of men. The court just wants to force you to burn enough of your capital that you can't accomplish anything and have to stay a wageslave until you drop dead.

All of that is true but here is one thing you might not know, if you fail to pay child support you will get fucked even more. Lets say you lost your job and you're failing to keep up with the payments they WILL take away your license making it even harder to find a job and putting you more in the hole.

Depends on the state law. What you have in question is referred to as "back child support." In some states, they allow up to 18 years. In my state, they only allow 2 years.

In my state, I had a girl hit me up for support for a 7 year old son I was unaware of and requested back child support. My state would have willingly awarded that if it wasnt for the lovely fact she went on a TV show with another guy and "he wasnt the father." That saved me $14k!!!

Also, to make matters worse. Back child support goes as a judgement against you, goes against your credit score, and they will revoke your passport if the amount is large enough!!

If you live in a state that awards back child support easily and you're not married to your baby momma but yall take care of the kids together, it's in your best interests to file a support order before she does.

Otherwise, worst case scenario and has happened...

Kid could turn 17, she files for back child support even though yall have had 17 years of agreed split custody and everything was taking care of, but that doesn't matter to a judge. Judge awards her 17 years of back child support based off your current income! Assume a modest support order of $500/month, that's $102,000 robbed from you!

Credit score drops immediately.... Interests starts adding to debt (my state its 12% a year). So you'd have to pay 12k a year in interests on above debt before principal goes down... And if you miss a payment, or even have a late payment, you run the risk of being arrested, licences revoked, cant renew car tags. A bunch of bad shit!

So yeah. It's a nightmare of a situation

Brother it's far worse than that. We are talking jail while the debt accrues if your unicorn decides to use her weight in the courts. She can and will legally withhold a child while you drown in CS payments that put you in abject poverty. Those who aren't in it have no idea how hard the state will sodomize you financially if your ex thot decides to. I was 7k in arrears when I got initiated into the brotherhood. Despite being the sole provider up until that point Children are weapons. Never forget that And for those that endure it. The pain of having someone you loved use your flesh and blood against you is a pain I cannot describe. I haven't seen my daughter in almost a year. The best part is after you get obliterated in the system it is expected you can scrounge up the money to get a retainer to fight for custody. But the money isn't there. You will be labeled a deadbeat despite being destroyed emotionality and financially. See brother there are those that criticize mgtow and men like me who live in the fire. I LIVE IT. It's not an abstraction to me. I pay 850 a month for a 3 year old I get witheld from me. Take it from me. Never venture down the path. Your entire life will be sacrificed at the altar of gynocentrism.

My dad has a friend who is a big wig in the oilfield. He got hit with with 17 years of back child support for a kid he didn’t even know he had. I wouldn’t have believed it but heard the story straight from the man himself and I’ve known him since I was a kid.

Edit: I can’t remember how much he had to pay but it was a ridiculous amount.

It depends on the state you live in. Some states it works like that - others start the "child support" at the date of the court filing.

That cannot be true. My son was 5 when his mother and I split up and I became red pill shortly after. I wasn’t on the hook for 5 years of child support. The system doesn’t work that way if you have proof of support up until the split. She would also have to prove he’s provided no support. That guy needs to lawyer up to get the numbers fixed. I’m calling BS on this story as much as I want to believe it
