i) Fine a coat hanger.

ii) Stand with back towards a mirror.

iii) Pick up a coat hanger.

iv) Whilst looking over shoulder into reflection of back, maneuver the coat hanger into the zip hole.

v) Once end of coat hanger is in the zip hole, pull the coat hanger down towards your butt, thus unzipping the dress.

The above solution took me about 1 second to figure out. Of course, you could use any item with a hook that will fit the zip hole. I could probably manage it by using a fork if I wanted to.
