When someone here repeatedly posts 'theory' content but doesn't include examples from their past or use analogies or go beyond the vague and general, I know they're an armchair theorist.

You post too often. Quality > quantity. Good posts require time to collect thoughts, format, and do fieldwork to backup theories. Go outside.
