I am a guy who hurt no one in his lifetime (intentionally), she assaulted me several times and made domestic abuse claims to the police after she left, living together was living hell but thought had to bear it because she ended up getting pregnant. I live in London, UK. Is there any way to dodge this bullet? I showed proof of her assaulting me, scratches of her on my arm with text messages where she admits to that while I did do nothing to her so there is no proof that she could show so she just made claims about me. Also her parents were racist towards me because I am a med dude while she is polish, typical polish villager thing I assume. I was released on a bail for them to do further investigation and she didn't get arrested at all? Are there any lawyer/attorneys who know of British law who would like to support me? And would you guys like to bring some noise to my case at all. From now on I really don't think I will ever have relationships longer than a night and a mornings ghosting. By the way I am an international student with 0 income so she can't rape me when it comes to the child, and I don't have any emotional bonds with her anymore. She started to show her true colours after starting to live together, it was unbearable. I already don't have the best mental stat, I constantly take diazepams and what she is doing is stressing me so much that considered suicide a few times. I really think I am being treated unfairly and there is no way to raise a voice or stand up against it in this country.
