Some of you may remember my post MGTOW from behind the Wall and it is my hope that by sharing these stories with the community that someone somewhere is saved from the executioner’s block.

Yesterday, I went to the final hearing in my divorce trial and I’m going to share the outcome here. I was granted an absolute divorce despite her incessant attempts to paint me as an adulterer. The court said there was no evidence of this, however, based on her testimony the court accepted evidence that I was emotionally abusive and that I might be a potential danger to her and my children.

Because of that testimony, and based on how well my children are attested to be doing in my absence, I was not granted any custodial rights or visitation. It is up to her if she wants to allow visitation at this point. As it has been for the past 615 days that I have not seen them.

The judge calculated the amount of equity in the house to be roughly 80,000 and divided that into two. My half was awarded to her as a monetary award, which essentially means she owns the house now and my name will be removed.

A quarter of my TSP (Thrift Savings Plan, what I have saved through my 4 years in the military and 6 in the federal government) was awarded to her to pay for her attorney fees.

I am not employed at this time, so I was not ordered to pay child support. The saving grace there may have been that she makes 87,000 a year and my incarceration is not over until next month.

I was told that seeing my children again will be an extremely traumatic experience for them and I will have to do reunification therapy, but first I must seek employment (So that I can pay child support), have my own place, and subject myself to drug and mental health evaluations before I can even submit a modification of results.

I want you all to keep in mind here that never was there any evidence presented that I was abusive in any way or had mental health issues, drug abuse issues, nor suicidal ideations, but all of these things were held against me based on her testimony.

I’m finally free, but I am now a victim of divorce rape. I can assure you all that I would die before I ever get married again.

Again, I want to thank this community for being available and responsive. We do not have many outlets as men, and the real stories, the comical memes, and even the expression of rage has always made things better for everyone here.

Let my story be a warning for all who wish to flirt with death. You will end up at the executioner’s block.
