Because no one gives a shit when it's a female. Seriously. Any & all of the various probation/parole and other constraints, the requirement that they go through therapy, or even those "residence" and "job" restrictions (i.e. that they not live near schools, nor work in occupations around children)... none of it ever actually gets enforced on the female sex offenders.

At least a couple of years in prison please. Every second that scum's there, she'll realize that how stupid, shitty and trashy she was that day and it could have been avoided very easily, by just not grabbing his dick and trying to make a point by doing that shit.
