How to get over anger towards women

The key to getting past anger towards women is simple. Note that "simple" does not always translate to "easy". But here is how you do it, Step by step:

First, you acknowledge that you were hurt by this girl. It sucks, but it happened.

Second, you make a conscious choice that you will not let an old injury keep getting to you. That it's done and now you need to look forward to recovering from it. Do this by deleting her number, blocking her email, block her on social media, just totally erase her from your life in all ways.

Third, start your recovery from your injury, you re-focus yourself ONTO yourself. How can you improve yourself as an individual. Pick one thing from these areas: professionally, education, physical, and mental. Here are some examples.

Professionally, look and see where the next step up in your career is, and formulate a plan to get there.

Education: would a new certification or a degree advance your knowledge in a career or even a hobby you like? Do it.

Physical: if you use substances. Stop. That shit fucks up your head without you even knowing it. Eat right, hit that weight pile. The natural chemicals and hormones in your body will c ok me into balance and you'll be feeling a shitload better inside of a month.

Mental: get a hobby you like. Something you do ONLY because you like doing it. Throw In some bonus points if you can get it to pay for itself (woodworking, art of some kind), or just enjoy it.

You will find very quickly that by keeping your eyes forward on these goals, and simply excluding women from them, that your old anger will fade away quickly as you will be having something to WORK toward and strive for. And by your own design, each one of these areas will result in that something being a better and enhanced version of you.

Also, never look back, unless it's an introspective analysis of "how far have I come? Holy shit I used to be angry all the time and now I have a degree, a cool dog, and a sweet job, damn life has gotten pretty good". And that's all the looking back you need to do.

In the end you may have 99 problems, but a bitch ain't one. And you'll have the tools of confidence and discipline to turn those other problems into zero anyways.

You need to let it go. If a particular woman fucked you over that's one thing, but if your anger extends to all women, you're just having incel think. Some woman in Patagonia has never even done anything to you, she's not to blame.

I tend to use the same reasoning I use with animals - there's no point getting angry with an animal as they are just being what they are. My neighbours dog is barking because it's a dog and dogs bark - there's no point getting angry at it no matter how annoying it may be. There's no point getting angry at a cat that scratched the couch or a bird that shat on my car.

First take care of the animal.

Lots of sleep. Quality food. Get outside every day and walk/run.

For tackling anger directly I recommend mindfulness meditation.

Feel the anger, but don't feed it. Try to see the memories as exactly that, memories. Merely computer files, history, data.

The emotions and feelings we associate with these memories are our choice. With meditation and practice, you could associate these memories with gratitude instead of anger, but it does take time.

When I get angry it's usually a trigger, anger masks the fact that I'm actually scared of these women, and I'm scared of what they can do, I'm scared of the simps who unconditionally defend them and I'm scared of a society that insists I'm some kind of predator by nature and it's a good idea to lock up men.

In other words, it's not anger. It's insecurity that manifests itself as anger. Anger is seldom what it appears to be, so you have to search your mind for the underlying feeling. It could be intense loneliness, feeling of being unworthy, etc. .

Then feel the underlying feeling, experience the emotion, be with it. Ask what it offers you. Why cling to it? What advantages does it have? When you can truly see there are no advantages (And this requires intense self honesty) you will have no further use for it.

.... until 15 minutes passes and the next trigger comes ;)

Time. See for what it is and where it is which an even that did not have an ideal outcome (the where) that happened in the past (the when). The "who" would be you.

Let it go and learn from it. Lesson learned: AWALT

Another thing: Anger is an emotion, something primal. Women are more primal than men, meaning less mature and this will not change so don't suprised. Remember AWALT! Emotion is their weapon whether they express it or try to get you to express it. It is destructive.

If you do find yourself being angry about something dishonorable, set things right; don't just stay angry at it. You are a man, a human "doing." Do something about it.

I know it sucks but you will get through this.

Gradually anger turned to amusement. I guess now what I feel is more contempt or annoyance, but definitely not anger.

The way to get over the anger? - time and perspective. Once you realize women aren’t really fun to be around, creative, self sufficient, independent, knowledgeable, or anything else you would want in a person that’s around you, it gets much easier to disengage from them and GYOW. After awhile you just get tired of being angry at them I suppose

Embrace it, learn from it and move forward. Accept that chicks are what they are and they will never change. There is nothing to be surprised about female nature anymore. Therefore no emotional investment is needed and accept it for what it is.

I've been angry once when I learned a friend of mine slept with my ex gf.

The problem was I have dated a few girls with the same name, so I wasn't even sure which one he was referring to. However, I jumped to a conclusion that it was my favorite one.

Well, I challenged him to get up (from sitting) and I was going to punch him. He never got up, and I never punched him.

We drifted apart after that, and today, I would apologize to him for getting stupid.

It takes time. I felt the red pill rage in my mid to late twenties and now that I’m thirty I just feel mostly neutral towards women.

My advice is to find some hobbies and just be absorbed in that. I like to go on long walks and play on my guitar whenever I can.
