Prenuptial agreements used to be helpful, but nowdays are just another way to trick wealthy men into feeling secure enough so that he would actually be dumb enough to participate in the great modern marriage scam.

I’m not sure that even if that data exists you could make much conclusion based on it. Every divorce is different.

Most prenups aren’t prepared correctly and are essentially written on a cocktail napkin. If they all get thrown out, it doesn’t mean prenups are bad. A properly executed prenup is as solid as any legal document. But that’s the key....properly executed. And most of them aren’t.

Most countries have a national bureau of statistics, sometimes even separate ones for statistics regarding work force, family etc. All statistics lag behind at least one year, mostly two years for obvious reasons.

Forget about the divorce rate, think about the happily married rate. Probably 2%. A lot of them stay in the marriage because it's "cheaper to keeper".
