How to get GF of 10 yrs to move out

My girlfriend (35 F) of 10 years is cheating on me with multiple people. She is a SAHM to our one year old. I've finally been pushed to the brink and I asked her to leave with all her belongings by August 21st.

She is flat out refusing saying that she has a right to live here and that once she gets a job and saves up money she will leave. She has family she could stay with plus she has done zero job hunting.

I believe she is stalling until she can rope another man into taking care of her. I want her out ASAP as she is creating an ultra toxic environment for the entire family. What is the best way to handle this?

It's my condo that I own. I don't have a renters agreement with her and she doesn't pay me anything.
