Katie Brennan accusation case dropped. Her facial expressions give me a vibe of guilt... anyone else?

Thankfully we don't base our justice systems on facial expressions, but facts.

What we do base it on is:

A second prosecutor's office has declined to bring charges against a former high-ranking Murphy administration official accused of sexual assault during the 2017 campaign, citing "a lack of credible evidence and corroboration that a crime was committed."

i.e. facts and proof. Is she making a false allegation about sexual assault? From the above quote, I'd be more inclined to think that than believe her now 2 prosecutor's offices have not gone ahead with a prosecution.

first thing she mentions is that she told the story to her husband... is that supposed to make it real? As if a husband wouldn't lie for his wife? she looks away from the camera as she speaks half the time.. i'm getting vibes that this was fabricated accusations.
