Her 3rd affair? Tf? Why didnt he toss her out after the 1st? Also, what is the other guy thinking? You’re gonna marry this person?

So my wife and I want to get divorced, we have agreed on all the terms including our two current children. The problem is that she’s 2 months pregnant with her affair partner. We both know it’s not mine, partially because we have been apart for 9 months, and partially because I can no longer have children as of 6 years ago.

According to Texas law, we have to do a paternity test once the baby is born. Is there a way around this? Both my wife* and I know that it’s not mine and she’s not contesting it. But I don’t want to be held legally responsible for this child in any way nor anything that happens from now until it’s born. This was her third affair and I don’t want anything to do with it or her.

Is there anything I can do to get around this law? Am I able to show the courts medical proof that I can’t get her pregnant? I have been calling around trying to get legal advice but haven’t had any luck yet.

I really do not want to have to be attached to this person for another 7 months. She wants to get married with her affair partner as well. We have been sitting on it purely for monetary reasons but those no longer apply. It’s looking like waiting on those monetary reasons is now biting me in the ass.

Any help?
