Thought I’d post this with a specific focus. This represents my personal experience as it pertains to women in the entertainment and social media industry. While I have many stories to share including my own personal relationship adventures, this is just a brief outline of what I have found in business. As a background, without being too specific, I founded an Indie film studio along with an influencer/branding subsidiary. I have helped many women go from nothing to becoming successful in social media, entertainment, including adult related content. What I have found is the behavior in business is the same as most have found related to relationships. I cannot tell you the number of times individuals have not shown up for video productions, photo shoots, or lack the foresight for the future. They fail to understand they have an expiration dated and blow through their earnings in ways that boggle the mind. The common thread I have found is they are simply unreliable. Each will talk a great game, commit verbally, oversell their capabilities, exude talent in their own minds. Here is the real kicker, all are more concerned with how many views they would get, obsessed with it. They would rather get 20,000 views over 4000 subscribers. The fail to understand that one translates in to tangible monetization and the other is purely narcissistic ego boost. The desire for so much affirmation and attention over pure currency escapes rationale. Many were more concerned with leaving their current platform, where they give away photos freely, rather than being excited about the lucrative monetization options. I quickly came to realize that women only value their own time, have zero integrity, unable to turn those words in to actions, lack follow through, and otherwise will sabotage themselves and anyone associated with them.
