Me now, divorced and casually seeing 3 people on the side: own (capital O own, not mortgage) a home that makes me 40k a year off the back of some mexicans (or brazilians?) *rent a home that *makes me 10k profit anyways through airbnb work a job paying me 130k base and 50k bonus stocks (vests slowly but w/e) * *work a second, 120k base 15k bonus cash job in my free time, 60-80 hours total *gym and exercise 6 days a week *investing 180k a year *finally adopting
