I'd say asians in general. The better ones (not meaning good) are usually just naive or plain out stupid/uneducated, and then you still got to be concider chameleon stuff. When you see asian women in the west, married to a local guy, it is hypergamy on its finest. Compared to a lot of asian countries, a guy on welfare in western Europe may be better off than a random dude outside of Bangkok.

I don't know about Japan, but South Korea had a pretty weird vibe too... While I enjoyed myself quite a bit during the month I spent there with a nice Korean girl, I eventually found out that she had a boyfriend. I do not support sleeping with a girl who's in a relationship so this ended on the spot.

Gotta give them credit though, the average Korean girl look way (WAY) more attractive than US/CAN average girls. Fat shaming seems to be legit over there, plus all the plastic surgery going on...
