I can't say that I'd give it up to be a woman but I also think people greatly overestimate what its like being an average dude.

I always hear people speaking about the traditional womans role as if it were much more degrading and contemptible than the male role, and the traditional womans role should be gotten rid of to make women equal to men. Womans role should in fact be subsidized by the government (ie. Taxpayers) so women can be "freed" to go into male role and also be breadwinner.

Men are grateful for being allowed to work, compete, and take on the role of provider and protector, because these to him these are male privileges and as such feels guilty women are as they are with such great sacrifice and hindrance on her part.

Where exactly does this thinking coming from?
