I'm in marketing/advertising. Something I hate very, very much are commercials that feature men as cucks, soyboys, or just generally spineless pussies who are owned by their wives, the television set, some kind of stupid corporate job or daughters who easily outsmart them, despite being eight years old.

Conversely, I absolutely love ads that present men as the creative, risk-taking, successful, interesting and vital creatures we all actually are. Like this one. I fucking love this ad it's really a short film) , and there isn't a woman in it:
