Just because it isn't consistent with the beliefs pushed by mainstream media, doesn't mean it's incorrect. What she did wasn't rape. Yes, to be fair, if he were to take legal action he should be treated the same as any woman. Women are the weaker sex no matter what feminists or tradcucks say. Also, it's a joke. They are told for comedic effect not for they're truthfulness.

I get the double standard thing but isn't the argument we try to make is that the double standards are there because we're different?
