"Incel" is like saying "small dick" or something like that. It's not like their brains fully function and they don't care, they're just trying to shame.

What else are they going to do? Have cogent logical arguments? Much less ever take responsibility for being wrong?

I have a troll on reddit that uses similar tactics, it's laughable, and amusing in a smh way. Same goes for women's attempts at shaming. Pathetic attempts for attention and relevance, nonsense is still nonsense, and when they're rejected, ridiculed, etc., they just lose it.

Indifference and invisibility work best for me.
