Been lurking behind the corner of this Reddit for a year now, this is my first post. My RP journey began 3 years ago thanks to discovering Patrice O Neal and Black Phillip. I am 22 and in the military. Enough back story.

I just wanted to bring up a concept that my man Alan Roger Currie mentioned in one of his audiobooks. He spoke on the concept that neither sex is more or less horny than the other, but that each one acts according to societal standards at the time. Before the Victorian era especially, women were actually considered the more horny sex.

Now that is a interesting concern for most men in today's age to grasp. What Alan really harped on however was this: Men only think about sex so much in today's age, because WOMEN WANT them too. Think about everything women do to attract men's attention, regardless of whether or not the are attracted to the majority of men (80/20 rule).

For women, it's not as much about having sex itself, but more about men's pursuit of them to have it.
