Hello me again. Been doing a lot to get my life on track since my last post here. Manage to lose 35 pounds. Now I'm underweight. But when it comes to fitness I don't know what to do. I asked r/fitness but they decided to remove my post due to an surgery I had and then muted me after telling me to read a guide. If a guide was all a person needed they wouldn't need a board supposedly dedicated to helping others reach their goals. Anyways maybe you guys might have some advice that might help.

I'm 135 pounds and atm I'm just looking to be able to perform daily activities without getting easily tired. I've had a salter osteotomy on one of my hips so I really need to be eased into this as well as a routine I can stick to. I've tried things like couch to 30k I believe and just hitting the machines but I just can never seem to stick to it further than four months. People menyion how exercise makes them feel good but I never get that. My goal is just to build a maintainable habit and get a little into shape. I think that should be very reasonable for now. If you guys have and good advice and personal experience that would be greatly appreciated.
