Alright, as a high schooler myself, I won't know the results perfectly, but this certainly helps. I'm passing on this advice from family and family friends who are older than me and have gone on to have various successful careers and social lives/marriages (There are literally no divorces from any of my aunts/uncles and any other close relatives from my dads side).
In grades 4-9, I always stuck to one group of friends. Yeah it was fun, but they were almost all guys and I would completely break down and embarrass myself in front of any girls I liked, as well as never getting past eye contact and some other interactions forced by schoolwork. Also, horrible grades(for my educational capacity).
Then, in grade 10, we moved and I got two new chances. Firstly, I spent a couple weeks in my new home school there with the sole goal of trying to talk to both genders equally. That sort of worked, however, there wasn't a single girl who I noticed had been interested in me. This time trying being more social, I felt completely stranded whenever I wasn't with my friends. I now simply had no idea how to talk or interact with someone if they weren't friendly with me from the get go or when I was forced to work with people while being in the soccer team for a few weeks.
Then I switched to a higher rated school(gotta get in that University man) and got a fresh start. I went in with this mentality. There are an even amount of students of both genders. Just be friendly to both of them and ask them to join X activity they're doing atm. Also, ALWAYS be friendly to someone you're in a group with for the first time, regardless of whether or not you disagree with them on something.
If they're the douchebags who you hang out with at lunchtime to play X sport, be friendly to them and don't create beef. If you're with druggies, be friendly to them, and honestly, don't shy away from them, it becomes a bad habit. If you're hanging out with some eh girls, be friendly and NEVER start dropping red pill bombs.
Ok, now for the two hardest people to interact with. Firstly, a group of girls(maybe the odd guy or two. **If you're finding a place to sit, go ask to sit with them, they're almost always very friendly.
** Just ALWAYS BE HYGIENIC, your chances will be exterminated if you're not hygienic and well put together. Shave(don't even fucking try that half-goatee thing), take care of you hair, shower daily or every two days. Then wear some clothes that don't look out of place, like don't wear fucking blue jeans every day with some colourful hoodie(if you're a uniform school, just have more than one uniform, like make sure you can make at least 4 different combinations with them). Also, don't dress like ghetto trash every day because the pants are comfy and you like showing off that you get clothes from Addidas and Nike.
Once you have those covered and join a group of girls, don't bring your red pill bombs out of your asshole for them, in fact never bring out red pills when talking with a girl in high school until you're dating, and even then, only when they're hints. And be generally friendly and don't ever blank out of convo. You could just be attracted to one girl in that group, still interact with the others too, but in a way it's clear to see you're just friends(this is probably the easiest part of all of this).
Then we have the group you've always been hanging out with, for me it was either the nerds or the group of ballers/soccer players. It will be hard, but try your best to spend under half the day with them(I spend only lunch just with that group). The rest of time, spend it with various other groups. Even if those groups are red pilled, do not spend that much time with them. Remember red pills in social relations are individualistic, don't go into an echo chamber at your school.
The results should be increased confidence, care for your appearance, and the ability to interact with everyone positively in some way or another. So let's say you have some sort of family thing you have to go to and there's nobody your age, see how well you can get along with them. Whenever I go to these sort of events, there's always at least one person who will say something along the lines of "I didn't expect someone your age to be who I'm talking about this stuff to."
I also have had a huge upward spike in my marks on presentations and larger tests, the places where my nerves got the best of me a brought my marks down quite a lot. I went from marks that would barely get you into a lower-level college to marks that would get me into almost all post-secondary spots in all of Canada(easy to get into college to easy to get into University for the Canadians reading this).
Oh and, well I'm friends with at least (idk3) person in nearly every social, and "integrated" into enough groups to the point that no matter what I'm doing in school, there's always somebody to help me or somebody who'll be bros with me(guy or girl).
But that one is less relevant, as it's better to be in less groups of friends as you get older imo. What matters to me is improved confidence and public speaking which results in better career abilities, being favoured by teacher and easily getting girls, and not being manipulated by them. That last one sounds quite a lot like a douche but unlike a few people I know, I don't dump every girl after two months or some shit. And don't take any teacher's pet or fukboi bullshit, yet also don't inflate your ego.
TL;DR If you're in high school, be friendly with everyone. Try to get yourself in many groups, but confidently and well-mannered so you're not a scab for everyone. Try to learn how everyone is to some degree by interacting with them, especially teachers and girls if you're having issues being treated well by either of them. Never be egotistical while doing this, you don't ever want to feel unwanted by others.
