I am suprised her therapist is not bombarding her with facts and statistics to point out how a failure of a mother she is.

If you read her comment down a bit, she says he tried to stick around and she pushed him away several times.

So she's spends her life pushing away the dad and now has to reap what she's sown in the form of a son who doesn't know his place in the world and is angry about it.

Its a fucking tragedy that plays out all the time.
