If you're honest and sincere go read about the Misandry Bubble. It's not a view or philosophy. It's a study of how our society is structured and the way things work. It explains partially why many men are going MGTOW. It has nothing to do with the man. People who go MGTOW includes doctors, teachers, singles, married, old, young, carpenters, chefs, dads, incels, ladies man, etc.

The thing about MGTOW ideas is that they are self evident when you are finally able to see the world through a red pill lens.

Nobody needs to be convinced that MGTOW is right. You can read or listen to any of the content MGTOWs have presented and relate to at least something.

To follow feminism or communism or socialism, you've got to forgo logic or at least be a really selfish bastard who wants to fuck everyone over. To be a MGTOW, all you have to do is look at your life and see where you've been taken advantage of by a society that has tried to brainwash you to sacrifice yourself to feed the parasites. And then decide to live for yourself.

The way people react to MGTOWs reminds me of the way abusive family members turn on people they've been leeching off of for years who decide to finally break off relations with the toxic people.
