I saw this a while back. I thought debtors prisons were outlawed a couple hundred years ago. Seems like western civ is bringing it back into full fashion.

Fucked up how they think females should get a pass but men have to tow the fucking line on what is supposed to be illegal incarceration. Happens in the US too. Divorced father, miss a few payments, end up in jail. Civil matter criminalized, debtors prison re-instituted.

no no, we do it here in the USA on fines too, let alone so called deadbeat dads... no one will raise a fucking quarter for me if i go to jail for not paying a fine... 12 DAYS for a 1200 dollar fine? fuck me, county is a joke, and only 12 DAYS ??

christ, dont come to my area of MY state... there no set amount "per day" you get off for your fine, its all if the judge got a blowjob the night before or not, i guess... bitch coulda got a couple MONTHS here for that...
