I am supremely out of the loop on a ton of stuff due to ignoring the news and what-not, and while this is not exactly new, it seems relevant and I want to have some sort of closure on my curiosity.

Apparently people are "sexist" at this company, and it's just so fascinating to me, because they bring in female "chief diversity officers" to essentially iron out 'issues' (aka employees). However, apparently the issue is just classic "men" stuff -- crude language, power plays at work, etc.

So my question is, why do women have to be involved in this. Stop fucking sticking your noses where you don't belong and especially where you KNOW you'll get offended. These dudes are DEVELOPERS, and have made an 'okay' game. It gets aggressive because it is fucking competitive and you want to do your job right.

I'm sure a lot of you don't care for the company and that's fine, but to me it's just another company being destroyed from the inside thanks to women. I'm certain I'm missing a ton of valid information, but Jesus...it's like if you say the wrong thing, your reputation is destroyed and you're essentially Hitler.

Just fuck all of this. I don't play the game much if at all, but just leave people alone, let them do their jobs, and stay out of their way. I get that a lot of these employees are young bucks or whatever, but Christ...I'm pretty sure it was similar back in the day with other companies. You get angry, you resolve it and move on, and you're not a cunt about it.
