Kinda new to mgtow. Recently been choosing to defuse my lust while out and about, so that I can think more clearly and be more focused in everyday life. Think a lot of time's been wasted over the years, by my mind wanting to check out every booty walking by. Worse is the feeling of desperate desire for the next chance to have sex. Hate being subjected to someone else, because of their physical attractiveness. Feels dishonest too, to have that desire on my mind when conversing with a woman. Definitely distracting and hard to ignore cleavage though, so not entirely my fault.

I don't understand objectification, and Immanuel Kant. I don't see anything immoral at the base of admiring the superficial. I appreciate though, the idea of caring more about the things a person has earned. Like their skills etc.

However it has become clear to me, that being needy to a woman, for satisfaction, and the feeling that I am living life to the fullest, is one of the most foolish things about the way I have lived my life thus far. Be it for lust or love, on ones knees is no way to live.

I was hoping to learn, from y'all, if you feel it is best for yourself to...

  1. live with no connection to women (except perhaps coworkers, family, and platonic friends)....

  2. or have you found the whole friends-with-benefits (non-committal) to work out just fine, without making you feel needy or too focused on women?

  3. ...and do any of you have any tips for dismantling sexual desire? I'll be going through my day thinking I am doing just fine on my own way, and then bounce..bounce..bounce...yoga pants yoga pants yoga pants smh!
