The men's rights sub has a policy of egalitarianism. As such, derisory comments about birth groups are not allowed there.

Rule 11:

Yes. Women moderate there, with pretty much the sole purpose of using men to the completely feminist controlled /r/menslib, where they require you to turn your sons tranny because the feminist lens, or whatever the fuck.

Also, MRAs accomplish nothing, so I don't know why /r/mesnrights are even a thing anymore.
