First I would like to say thank you for everybody that contributes here, some of you have great ideas, some of you not so much, but all of your contributions I've read and have thought about and put to use throughout the past 2 months.

I started reading TRP when I was in a LTR with a girl after she had asked me to change and become more ambitious. I think her thoughts were that I wasn't good enough and she truly wanted me to become a man she wanted to stay with (stable job, attractive but not in shape, smart, funny, but not as ambitious as she hoped). Needless to say after taking some time and reading through this sub I noticed several red flags in our relationship and broke it off.

It had nothing to do with chasing girls, getting laid, or becoming somebody everyone else wanted to be. My only motivation was to be a better man and live a better life. It's only been 2 months but I've started exceeding, I would no longer say I'm an alcoholic, and I've had the balls to take more chances and become more ambitious in both my work and my social life.

I go out with friends and keep new people we meet in my frame. I put little effort into meeting woman but somehow they are still drawn to me. And the ones I do meet I now can easily tell if they are worth my time or not.

I've never had a massive amount of confidence, I suffered from ugly duckling syndrome, but not I feel the confidence I have in myself and in my self-worth growing everyday I wake up.

I no longer hate my job, I have a new one I love. I no longer associate myself with people who provide no value, I've gained a new appreciation for people like-minded. My life has gone from a downward spiral to something I truly enjoy and love being a part of.

For all of these reasons I just want to say thank-you for helping me empower myself to be the best version of me I can be. I still have a long way to go, but the top of the mountain is getting a little closer each and everyday.
