Here's what to do, read the descriptions of the exercises and learn from them because they are excellent and good form is important then completely ignore the programs. Weak fags will tell you how great they are and how awesome it is to be able to squat 140kg after a year of solid training but please go and do a mans program. As a beginner you actually need far more volume and can go with far less rest than what's prescribed in that book. Train hard at least six days a week and eat your face of with plenty of meat and veg, there's no such thing as over training, just under eating and under sleeping. Don't believe the hype man.

Bang/Day Bang by Roosh V

Chaos and Pain: Destroy the Opposition by Jamie Lewis (Now there's a real training book).

No More Mr Nice Guy by Robert Glover

How did I take the pill? As far as I can put it together it was when I realised being a dick to girls worked much better than being nice to them, I wanted to find out if more people had figured this out started searching on google. Obviously I eventually stumbled onto the PUA community and the rest is history.
