Anyone know of a good Redpill lawyer who litigates for men’s rights/situations on college campus settings? I’ve got a friend who may have received an unfair shake his freshman year a couple years ago. He’s in his early 20’s but is still attending the same college that suspended him due to sexual assault. Defended himself with a school appointed “counselor” with two feminist women title nine investigators who enforced a policy of no recordings while with them...this was in Virginia, a state that has legal one-way recording which is a state right(?). Not sure if it was their policy or the school’s but regardless, the facts didn’t even support the low standard (51%) bar as she said she wasn’t sure if she got a bruise from a document fall or in the sexual encounter. Also says the music was loud so maybe he didn’t hear her say “stop”. Don’t believe it met the school’s own threshold. Anyways, my friend defended himself well enough to where he was only suspended for 3 semesters in 2016, which is so light-handed. Apparently, he himself appealed it and the executive board of the school reconvened three separate occasions which I believe to be indicative of them believing him and not her. Only caveat is that he freaked after hearing a rumor that she may accuse him of sexual assault, and he filed a sexual assault claim against her before she could him. Nothing crazy, it just outlined that they had sex and he felt uncomfortable. I guess trying to brace for a feminist impact? He saw what was going on between guys and society with sexual assault and it being unequal in adjudication. He’d like someone to examine his case and see if it’s a possibility under constitutional rights with there being a Supreme Court that could take on this case. He thinks it’s now or never legally to sue, before feminism spreads more, or back after Trump Admin., into federal/policies...my apologies for the length of this, but context was needed for solid responses
