it skips over

1) the lying over and over again even if you have proof

2) after they finally admit it then they get mad at you

no need, don't have a relationship with a woman beyond PnD, FWB, FB so what she does doesn't matter to you. Don't invest yourself in her beyond the minimum necessary to get what you want. Actively evaluate your costs/benefit, risk/reward, set a limit on time, money, effort, etc. before you begin, and don't exceed it. Strictly business, no emotions. View it as a resource transaction, keep it that way.

During my separation and after divorce I dated and had 3 relationships before going my own way. Since going my own way, I assume any girl I'm with is, can, will be fucking other guys.

About 5 years ago when my gf got her first android phone i lied to her and told her that because of how google works i could see all her messages and activities, trust me that lie led to some truth about betrayal and my breakdown. Turns out she was cheating on me and being afraid that i found out she eventually confessed.
