What kind of "consent" does this 12 year old (or her mother) want CHILDREN to be taught?

LEGALLY, they do not have the ability TO "consent" -- doesn't matter whether they say "no" or "yes, Yes, YES... OMG! YES YES YES!!" -- it's still statutory rape/molestation.

Where does the mother of the 12 year old girl take her that she needs to even be concerned about "consent"?

Oh wait... this is Maryland... and her mother (a state Legislator) probably spends a lot of time in Annapolis, likely lives in/around Baltimore... so basically just a short drive from the famous Washington DC Cheese Pizza places.
