There's a great quote in The Pacific, one of Leckie's mates is commenting about the war and how shit it is, he says "if there's ever another war, there's going to be two people missing; me and the guy they send after me". I have to tell you that's how I feel. If there's another world war, I am not risking my life in defense of my country who pretty much views me as a resources to be used up and thrown away. Fuck that.
