I went back home to visit family and friends for the holidays and I decided to link up with my best friend from high school since I haven’t seen him in 4 years. I’ve been keeping up with him on social media he has a handsome son 1 year old. He picks me up to go to the bar and he recounts to me how he’s been since I’ve last seen him. He’s going through a divorce and she’s been keeping his son from him for the past 5 months. Last week was the first time he’s seen him in forever. He’s been living back with his parents paying rent at his parents house while still paying rent at his old house for her to stay at. He even pays the car note for the car she drives. He can’t even have a girlfriend because his soon to be ex-wife will go over and start trouble. A month ago she went over while his gf was waiting for him to get off work and she started causing trouble. He had to come home to squad cars surrounding his house and the police pointing their guns at him and putting him on the ground. Now she’s taking him to court because “he hasn’t been doing shit for her and their son” But apparently the court sees him paying rent for the house, paying for the car note, sending money and buying his son everything he needs as “a gift” and he’s not supporting them. So he has to find a way to live amongst his means, pay child support and save up money for a lawyer. So how’s everybody doing tonight?
