In one case I hadn't seen the kid for a bit over a year (probably closer to 2 years), and I literally not only did not recognize him, but disbelieved that it really WAS the same kid; and for good reason, he'd previously only come up to my chin (top of his head), but subsequently the inverse was very nearly true (his chin was now at my eye level)... moreover he continued to grow taller & broader until his mid twenties.

All of which SOUNDS great, right? (That's both a blessing AND a curse. A blessing in that yeah, you didn't "fall into" the various all-too-common traps in your teens; but a curse you now have to bear & fear in that you also didn't gain any experience in learning how to deal with them in real life.)

Good chance that you're right on that.

I guess I'd focus LESS on being concerned about testosterone levels, and just focus on eating healthy & getting/keeping mind & body in shape -- getting good balance of solid animal product proteins & etc (milk, eggs, butter just as important as meat) and etc; along with solid array of other minerals & necessities, preferably from from whole vege (healthy, non-soy & keeping "vitamin" pills to a minimum*) , bit of fiber so you're not leaking greased owl shit from your rectum...

And then exercise -- gymnasium if it's the only available/practical option, but *preferably as much ACTUAL physical "work" (as opposed to "workout") as you can mange to fit into your life: be it things like hiking/backpacking, various shoveling, physical object lifting (productive stuff like construction or farm labor is ideal, uses vastly wider array of muscles than any "weight machine"), or sports type activities (need not be TEAM sports, can also be things like tennis, racketball, handball, skiing {XC or downhill} etc etc etc).

And then... well sort of be on your guard -- that AS you get healthier, all kinds of things (mind, thoughts as well as body, confidence, etc) very likely not only CAN but WILL change.

Being a healthy masculine MALE ("full blooded" as the saying goes) is nothing to necessarily fear, in fact it's something to GLORY in.

Just don't get too "cocky" regarding how "immune" you think you are to feminine wiles, simply because of your MGTOW "resolve" or your "book smarts" about "Red Pill" -- 'cause the best laid plans of mice & men gang aft agley.

* So called "vitamins" (pill form, various powder "supplements") are alas, not always all their cracked up to be: some of the compounds in readily available "vitamin compounds" are actually actively antagonistic to each other and/or to proper digestion/absorption of other vitamins by the body. Sparingly used is probably more beneficial -- and less likely to be detrimental -- than "daily" routine. (Keep in mind our bodies are generally used to a VARIED diet, varied as much by season as by personal "taste" -- so the idea that we have any "daily requirement" is pure balderdash -- comes more from the fact that such diets were developed as MINIMAL things for institutionalized clientele {military, incarcerated prisoners, etc} rather than for "normal" much less "natural" living.)
