MOST “Self-help” vids are hogwash👎🏼... A lot of guys I know around my age watch too many of these pseudo-intellect hosts and it poisons their brain. You don’t need a formula for life. You don’t need someone else to compose your identity. You just live and do your best, you’ll learn as you go.
