The world is infinite. You will never explore it all.

There is a cultural choir of song, dance, literature, art, and expression in dozens of languages.

Forest, beaches, hills and mountains to explore galore. Sights and monuments to fallen heros, architecture from thousands of years, ruins of once great empires stretch across the world. Interests more numerous than the stars, every type of hobby to engage in.

That’s just the physical. Myriad emotional actions. Charity, sacrifice, laughter, tears, amazement, spirituality, knowledge, science, math, invention.

Amidst all this you’ve managed to find something completely unique to human beings. Boredom.

Dude, there are so many cool things to do. I love living near the water so for me there is swimming, surfing, scuba diving, sailing. I want to give para gliding a go at some point as well

I wish I didn't have to work so I could fit all the things I want to do in

And on rainy days there are movies, video games and books to catch up on

I'm in the same boat, and this will sound like a stupid suggestion to non-readers, but pick up a book. Not matter what you read it definitely keeps you sharp and passes the time.

I also watch a ton of movies, but I'll concede that even that gets boring if you overdo it.

Learn to play the guitar. It’s a great skill that also passes the time like no other.

Edit: & your guitar will never leave you either. A dog and a guitar are some of the best company a man needs. Nothing like playing a good melody to pass the time

Hobbies and goals. Hobbies focus your interest and goals focus your effort. I find it's good to have both mental and physical hobbies that I can pursue both indoors and outdoors, and goals which I can achieve daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
