This is excellent advice in general. There are alot of people in life who don't matter, so you don't put up with any of their bullshit.

If it's on the internet, just block or put them on ignore and move on. Don't waste time arguing with these dipshits, your time is more precious than that. The moment they start using insults to attack your character, you've already won the argument.

If it's in real life, tune them out. If they physically start attacking you, uppercut them and move on.

With mgtow they will be defeated by attrition. The more you shame mgtow, the more mgtow grows. If you dont shame and dont do anything it still grows anyways.

Everytime they use a shaming tactic they get more and more tired, and that shaming tactic loses its impact. At the same time a few others around will be converted into mgtows in the future, because they will also be in your shoes one day and will understand what is the moral thing to do.
