So I work in a manpower agency so I have freedom to travel and such. I work some contractual months then take leave and more free time. I thought Im gonna used them to go my own way but their management is poor. They pay less than being in a permanent job. So its summer now so they need contractual workers often.

Then I suddendly resigned in the manpower because I got better offer in a permanent position. It is near where I live and I dont stress on traffic whenever I go to work and they pay good.

Giving my letter of resignation: So this women I talk to is the consultant of the manpower. She did help me find a temporary work and I said I can work in 3 months. But I did used them to land a more stable work and they did used me for their customers. Its mutual.

The law here is when your employed temporarily you can exit your job in 14 days. But she said there is no one who will replace my job because they badly needed me in summer and its was that "said promise". But I follow the working law of just 14 days of work and done with them.

Then this female consultant did tried to 1. shame me for being an asshole not commiting to the "agreement" and such.

  1. she said it was fool of me to do that in this time because they need people to work in summer.

3.she said she will blacklist me from working from their agency ever again.

I did say that I need much higher salary, and I did hear what she rant and shame talking. I just nod and said "ok, its just that it" then bye.

I have no emotion to such. They lose someone who will make money for them. They lose me, they lose money from customers so she is sooo convincing to finish the agreement.

I known before that its a world. Where you are "use" by someone for their gain or you use them.

Thanks for the redpill here. Its easier to read women and don't give a shit on them.
