“Toto” jokes here are very popular among elementary school children, and there are thousands of them. They also have been part of the French culture for a while. My nephew (10) came up with one this morning:

Toto's getting ready for school when he hears some strange noises coming from his mother's bedroom. He discreetly opens the door and see her frantically caressing her boobs ..

(nephew's mimic is hilarious)

.. in front of the mirror while repeating "I want a man, I want a man".

Toto goes through the day at school quite puzzled and back home he hears some loud squeaky noises from his mother's bedroom. Again he opens the door but this time he sees her in bed with a man.. Passed the surprise he closes the door, rushes to his bedroom, drops his clothes, stands in front of the mirror, caresses his torso and repeats ..

(nephew then uses a somewhat desperate face and voice)

"I want a bike! I want a bike!"
