The easy way I would take is creating a throwaway gmail account, putting a non-marketing-like title and sending him a warning. I wouldn't suggest revealing yourself in any way though.

For example

"To John Doe - about your GF"

I wanted to let you know that your girlfriend is cheating on you.

I've seen her meeting and french kissing another guy in XXX square on Sunday.
