If women are so strong and independent why do they need to raise concern over it?

Some of the strongest people I've met are some of the most humble people because they are aware of their strength, they don't need to shout it out from the top of the mountain.

It really goes to show you their weakness and insecurity. The loudest person in the room is always the weakest one.
