I only date career women, and all the women in any business whom I respected, and they are about 20 or so, they all told me that they hate to work in an all-women company/division/team and that while they are sex-blind and look only at someone's capabilities, generally speaking, they prefer to work with men than with women; because women tend to gossip too much and insert too much drama into everything.

I was once involved in a "deal" with a famous very-high-profile woman in business (CEO). She sent her COO to our company for some preliminary due diligence for an acquisition. It was unreal the amount of gossip and drama that those 2 were exchanging via text during meetings and the drama that she (the COO) was interested in.
