If it isn't apparent to many, I'd like to hit home the difficulty of being a MGTOW in the military, and open up the topic of discussion. I've heard many say that they want to join the military for the prospects of being in a masculine safe-haven. This (at least from my experience) could not be further from the truth.

The military is extremely gynocentric. As a male leader, it doesn't matter what rank you are. You can't discipline any female acting out of line, because they will make allegations against you for doing so. A female E-1 can have a male E-7 or even O-7 shaking on the mere reference to sexual harassment, and they will bend over backwards to please them. Likewise, females in higher ranks feel the need to ruin men's careers and promote other females. On the one hand, they attempt to play the role of the "strong female leader" and when that doesn't work, they will start crying, which will appeal to the sympathetic "simps" of which the military is primarily composed.

The average military guy isn't the tatted-up Chad like you see in the movies. More often than not, it's a skinny/overweight stressed out man, who wanted to get out of the service to follow his dream, but now has to support his brood mare's constant need to consume. Most of these guys will end up losing their kids in divorce because of the nature of military life. Should you choose not to pay the witch, your leadership will crucify you, and give her your entire paycheck. She is also entitled to your benefits/pension after a few years of marriage.

So, unless you're going into one of the few male-dominated combat roles (even those are at risk and being labeled "misogynistic") you will be at the mercy of nasty women, only you will be stuck in a contract with the government saying you must bend to their every will.
