Looks good!! Self made makes it taste even better. Few years ago not a big fan of IPA but last couple I’ve tried have been refreshing. My tastebuds have been conditioned to Newcastle for 20 years.

Ah yes, IPA, the ultimate beer.
Ultimate in a technical sense, as in, last or final or end of a series.

Of all types of beer ( pilsner, hefeweissen, lager, ale, etc.) IPAs were the most recently invented. The heavy hops kept the beer from going bad on the long sea voyages between England and India; hence, India Pale Ale.

Oh, and also ultimate in the sense of best!
